Clarification Text on Personal Data Processed in the Contact Form

This clarification text has been prepared by Stilist Örme San. Ve Tic. A.Ş., acting as the data controller within the scope of Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation of Clarification, to inform you regarding the purposes of processing your personal data, legal reasons, collection method, to whom it can be transferred and your rights under the KVKK.

Your personal data such as name, surname, e-mail address etc. that you share via the contact form on our website are processed for the purposes of carrying out the necessary operations by the business units to make the data subjects benefit from the products and services offered by our company, executing the relevant business processes and contacting you about the issue you have applied for. In addition, we do not have absolute control over the information you share with this form. We recommend that you do not share with our Company your personal data and your personal data of special nature that you do not want us to know.

The personal data in question shall be processed automatically to the extent “the relevant processing is required for legitimate interests of the data controller provided that the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject are not impaired” and “it is essential for the data controller to fulfil its legal obligations” as provided in article 5 of the KVKK and disclosed to relevant judicial authorities solely for settlement of legal disputes.

Your personal data specified in categories above, if a period is stipulated in the relevant legislation, for the specified period; If the period is not stipulated, our legitimate interests are kept by taking the following criteria into account as long as it continues.

• Stilist’s usages
• Applied commercial practices
• Prescription periods stipulated in the relevant legislation

Personal data stored at the end of these periods are deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

As a data owner, within the framework of KVKK and GDPR;

• You have the right to request a copy of your personal data from our company. A small amount of payment may be requested from you for this activity.
• If you have any personal data that you think is inaccurate, you have the right to request our company to correct it. As well as, if you have any personal data that you think is incomplete, you have the right to request our company to complete it.
• In some cases, you have the right to request our company to delete or destruct your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the Law.
• In some cases, you have the right to request our company to compensate the damage in case of damage due to unlawful processing of your data.
• In some cases, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data, if you object to the accuracy of your personal data or if the processing is unlawful, but you do not want your personal data to be deleted.
• You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, with future effect (provided that the data processing activities carried out up to that date remain legitimate).
• If you believe that we are processing your personal data in violation of the applicable data protection guidelines, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent regulatory authority, primarily your habitual residence or workplace if you live in the European Union or the relevant supervisory regulatory authority in the Member State where you believe a data protection breach has occurred.
